2025 - 2026 Gladden Farms 5th Grade Supply List

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! We are very excited to have your child in 5th grade, and we look forward to meeting you soon! We made a list of supplies that your child will use throughout the school year.  Please be mindful of the size of supplies sent in (crayons, markers, etc).
ALL materials need to fit in a 10” x 13” bin. 
It would be helpful if your child could bring these supplies to “Meet the Teacher” 
on Aug. 1st from 5:00-6:30 PM.

____ 2 Spiral Notebooks (Single subject, wide ruled)
____ 2 composition notebooks (wide ruled, labeled with child’s name) 
____ Binder pencil pouch (reinforced holes)  
____ Pencil box
____ Pack of Highlighters (Minimum of 2)
____ 24 Sharpened Ticonderoga Pencils  
____ 2 Black Sharpies
____ Pens for grading (any color)
____ Scissors
____ ***Headphones/Earbuds (labeled with child’s name) 
____ 4 Elmer’s glue sticks 
____ 1 Bottle Elmer’s School Glue
____ 4 packages of Post It notes
____ Crayola crayons, Crayola colored pencils, Crayola markers 
____ 1 SMALL (about 8” x 10”) dry erase board AND an eraser for the board                 
____ 4 Expo markers ~ black
____ 1 pack of loose leaf wide ruled paper

OPTIONAL
____ Refillable water bottle (labeled with your child’s name)
____ 2-4 boxes Kleenex 
____ 1 ream of colored printer paper OR colored cardstock (any color)
____ 1 ream of white cardstock
____ 1 box of Ziploc bags (any size)
____ 1 AZ postcard     
____ Mouse (optional)
