I am honored to continue leading Gladden Farms Elementary, a school known for its high-performing students, dedicated staff, and supportive community. This year, our theme is “Together Towards Tomorrow: Doing Our Bobcat Best!”

This year, we will focus on strengthening our relationships and fostering a collaborative culture centered on student achievement and excellence. At Gladden Farms Elementary, we uphold the values of safety, respect, responsibility, and kindness. These principles are the foundation of our school and are exemplified by our teachers, staff, and students.

At Gladden Farms Elementary, our team is dedicated to nurturing both the hearts and minds of our students every single day! When your child steps onto our campus, you'll notice staff members who are committed to creating a safe, caring, and highly engaged learning environment. We proudly implement Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to guide our students in making positive choices throughout their day. Our core expectations are to be Safe, Respectful, Kind and Responsible. We make it a priority to recognize and celebrate students and classrooms that exhibit outstanding citizenship, leadership, and academic achievement. In addition, we are continually refining our instructional practices to best serve our students,  and have recently received our High Reliability Schools  Level 1 Certification! 

The partnership between home, school, and community is what makes Gladden Farms such a special place. Together, we can foster student success, and we welcome family participation in this mission. Please explore the various volunteer opportunities we offer, such as joining our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), becoming a Watch DOGS (Dads of Great Students) volunteer, or helping out in the playground, cafeteria, or classroom.
