Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at Gladden Farms Elementary! This year, we proudly celebrate A Decade of Change, A Future of Possibilities. Over the past ten years, our school has grown in remarkable ways—from the strength of our academic programs and community partnerships to the incredible students, staff, and families who make Gladden Farms such a special place.

As your principal, it’s an honor to lead this vibrant school community. I began my career in education over 22 years ago, with teaching experiences in Georgia, Australia, and now Arizona. This is my eighth year serving as a school principal, and I’ve had the privilege of leading Gladden Farms since 2022. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and cooking. This summer, I had the chance to explore more of Northern Arizona, including Canyon de Chelly, Winslow, and Flagstaff—a beautiful reminder of the natural wonders right here in our own state.

At Gladden Farms, we believe in nurturing both the hearts and minds of our learners. We’re proud to offer strong academic programs within a safe, inclusive environment rooted in kindness, responsibility, and respect. Our team is committed to supporting each student’s growth, and we take great pride in the academic progress and positive school culture we continue to build together.

Joining me in our leadership team is Mrs. Beth Kelley, our Associate Principal, who supports our students and staff by overseeing school operations, discipline, and attendance. We are both here to ensure your child has a joyful and successful school experience.
