• Flower & Candle Breathing: Smell the flower, blow out the candle 3–4 times

• Box Breathing: Inhale, hold, exhale, hold for 4 seconds each side of a “box”

• 5 Senses Grounding: Notice 5 things you see, 4 you feel, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, 1 you taste
